Since 2008, former financial executive John Westerfield has managed private investments in real estate securities and properties. In addition to serving as a managing member with Braddock Capital Management, he serves as a senior advisor to the board of directors with Mitsui Fudosan America. From 1985 to 2008, John Westerfield held executive leadership positions with Morgan Stanley, including managing director with the institutional securities division and global head of commercial property lending.
Mr. Westerfield holds a bachelor of arts in government from Dartmouth College and a master of business administration in general management from the Harvard Business School. He is a member of the investment committees at Lawrence Hospital and the Reformed Church of Bronxville, as well as a board member of the Community Fund of Bronxville, Eastchester, and Tuckahoe.
Outside of work, Mr. Westerfield supports a number of healthcare and educational organizations, among them the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, the Foundation for Educational Administration, and Doctors Without Borders.
